At YOUNGGENERATION, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
